For every custom order, we go through professional consultation, taking exact measurements, making unique patterns, offering the widest selection of sustainable fabrics & eco-friendly materials (including PU leather for trims only), and providing limitless custom options.

How it works

STEP 1

Custom Order Request

Submit an inquiry through our web form. We can start your consultation as little details as you have

STEP 2

Free Design Consultancy

Get dedicated design consultant (free of cost) to work on your project details, digital illustration, pricing, delivery date, and more

STEP 3

Order Placement

Place your order with details of custom project along with digital illustration and pre-production sample

STEP 4

Production &Delivery

See how we make your designs come to life through our 4 step production process. Order is dispatched up on your approval.

Production process

STEP 1

Material sourcing

We work directly with the finest fabrics, eco-friendly hardware, and trusted suppliers, and control the entire supply chain. For custom materials, our trusted vendors usually take 2-3 weeks to produce. (PU leather & synthetic materials are available for trims only.)

STEP 2

Cutting & construction

According to the tech pack of the custom project, the fabric (with PU leather for trims only) arrives at our production facility. It is then sent for precision cutting and professional stitching.

STEP 3

Embroidery, printing & accessories

If your custom project involves embroidery patterns, specific printing methods, custom accessories or anything for private label, it is sent to the respective department after stitching

STEP 4

Finishing & QC

Once it is assembled, we send every piece through a strict quality control inspection, where the final product is scrutinized to ensure nothing is missed and is perfectly crafted
